Fried Rice Workflow-32 oz
1. Oil to Wok
2. 2 eggs
3. Chicken or Shrimp
4. Dice Carrot
5. Dice Onion
6. 32 oz of cooked rice

7. Spices/Aromatic

  • Dashi-pinch
  • Garlic Salt-pinch
  • Salt-pinch
  • White pepper-pinch
  • Butter-1tsp
  • Garlic with Oil-1tsp
  • Soysauce-1/4 oz
  • Sesame Oil-1/2 oz

8. Garnish ( Look)

  • Spring Onion

Lo Mein

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of Lo Mein Noodle
  • or spaghetti/linguini/fettucini 

Vegetable, Spice, and Aromatic:

  • Whites and greens of garden onions
  • Celery
  • Carrots
  • Bamboo shoots
  • Cabbage/Bok Choy
  • Bean Sprouts
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp. mushroom flavor dark soy sauce
  • or dark soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. water/vegetable/chicken broth
  • pinch white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
