My Signature Shrimp ( Prawns) and Cilantro Lime Rice 1. 10 large Prawns, head and tail sharp point remove, leaving shell attached. 2. Sauteed Sauce. 2tbsp of oil, 1tbsp of sugar, 1tsp of fish sauce, pepper, a pinch of sail, a pinch of japan msg like 1tsp of sriracha sauce chili( the thick kind), 1 sweet shallop ( pink onion). Garnish with 1/4 slice of lemon, and a squeeze of lemon), cilantro, and green onion The option to be added to the sautee sauce is 1tsp of butter and creme....and mince garlic and ginger.... 3. Rice- 1cup of rice, 1tsp of melted butter, and 1tsp of Avocado oil, 2 anises, 5 cloves, 1 pinch of japan-msg, 1 pinch of celery salt, afterward, cilantro, 1tsp of oil, a squeeze of lemon, and black sesame, and smash cashew( peanut) |
